Zinedine Booysen (born 12 December 1998, Oudtshoorn) is a South African rugby union player for the Free State Cheetahs. His regular position is scrum-half.

In 2016 he represented South Western Districts at Cravenweek at Kearsney College in Durban. 

Represented the CUT Ixias in 2021 Varsity Cup.

Booysen was part of the Toyota Cheetahs squad for the 2021 Currie Cup Premier Division and made his debut for the side in Round 6  against the Western Province on 21 July 2021 at the Toyota Stadium Bloemfontein, the Cheetahs winning the game 38-21.
