My most memorable moment on the rugby field was winning the Currie Cup. 

Before every match, I like to have a nice stretch and a swim.

Joost van der Westhuizen and Fourie du Preez have been my biggest inspirations in rugby. Their skills, leadership, and passion for the game have greatly influenced my approach to rugby.

The funniest player in our squad has to be James. 

A challenging moment in my rugby career was dealing with a knee injury. I overcame it by staying positive and focused on my recovery.

When I'm not on the rugby field, I enjoy playing golf and fishing. 

My advice to young aspiring rugby players is to work hard and enjoy the game.

If I could invite three rugby legends to a braai, they would be Morne Steyn, Bakkies Botha, and Fourie du Preez.

Yes, I can light a fire without using blitz.
